Works Description: Turn-key construction of a new Hypermarket. The building will have a rectangular shape in plan with dimensions 46,14mx116,64m. Hall-type building with reinforced concrete frames structure closed with concrete walls and multi-layer insulation. Foundations - isolated cup and continuous concrete foundations for the partitioning walls.
Other auxiliary constructions located near the hall: PSI water tank, pump stations for sprinklers system, ramp for unloading products.
A parking area will secure parking places for 428 cars.
